We create a roadmap to reach your career goals through in depth skill gap analysis. Defining a clear plan for development that will play a key role in determining your job search, interview and resume strategies.

CV/Resume Review

A forensic review of your resume and cover letter. We analyse, critique, then develop core strategies to write and utilise your resume/cover letter to get the very best results possible.

Interview Preparation

We will define your job search strategy and how to best approach prospective employers. We’ll discuss how to nail the interview using best practice frameworks, as well as powerful interviewing techniques.

Networking

If your serious about career goals – networking is a non-negotiable. We’ll discuss LinkedIn strategy, building new and leveraging existing networks, and how to position yourself optimally with recruiters, hiring managers and employers.

Follow up and Support

Coaching, is it right for me?

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your career, absolutely. Fresh perspective and a new approach will enhance and accelerate your job search, or that next promotion.

What subjects can we cover?

A broad range and it’s entirely dependent on your circumstances. Some good examples are – career direction and strategy, defining core competencies, job-hunting, exploring personal branding, leveraging networks and relationships, as well as interview and assessment preparation.

Refunds and cancelations?

For cancellations and a full refund, we ask for 48-hour advanced notice. We won’t refund cancelations with less than 48-hour notice provided.

Once any session has been completed, the fees are non refundable.

How many sessions will I need?

It’s different for everyone. It could be as simple as a single session. After realising the benefits of coaching and having a proper career strategy in place, the majority of clients return for multiple sessions. Whether it’s one session or many – we have options that will suit.

Do you provide a guarantee with the service?

We can’t guarantee you’ll land a specific job or promotion, there’s no coaching service that legitimately can. Ultimately, you’ll get out what you put into the coaching. Putting what you’ve learned into action is a big part of what makes it successful.
