How do I upgrade my membership?
Log in to your account and go to Account > Me, and then under Plan, click Update. Then choose your upgrade.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information, log in and go to Account > Me, and then under Subscription & Billing, click Update.
Can I suspend my membership?
Of course, you have complete control of your membership. You can cancel and restart your subscription flexibly.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, simply log in and go to Account > Me > I want to cancel my subscription. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to have access for the duration you have paid for.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Careertools accept a range or payment methods. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, and PayPal.
I have a valid payment method, but I am unable to sign up.
If you’re having any issues making your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Support at the contact us form at link and they will be happy to resolve any issues.
Can I expense my membership to my employer?
Careertools is a learning and development platform, many employers are happy to support their employees’ ongoing professional development. Let us know what company information you require on your receipt, and we’ll get it added for you.
How do I view my receipts?
You can view and download all your receipts by logging in and going to Account > Me > Purchase History.
What will I get from the newsletter?
You’ll receive an email covering everything from leadership and management, to career development and job hunting. We also share our brand-new content, industry news, updates and more.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

My newsletter is going to my spam folder. How do I fix it?
It may end up in your Spam or Junk folder. You can add it to your list of approved/safe email addresses, or report it not as Spam/Junk.
How do I stop receiving the newsletter?
Simply use the newsletter email unsubscribe button.

We can’t guarantee you’ll get the job, however, we can guarantee our course material will provide you with every possible advantage going into your job search and interview process, providing you put the effort in.
Refunds and cancelations?
For cancellation and a full refund, we ask that the cancelation is requested before consuming the training content and materials.
Once the training materials have been viewed, the course fees are no longer refundable.
What is the Store?
It’s a list of our products and services for sale. A membership gives you unlimited access to our Knowledge content. However, any products outside the membership that have a one-off cost will be within the Store.
I thought a membership gave me access to your content?
Your membership gives you unlimited access to all available Knowledge content. However, not all our resources are available through a subscription – we offer Coaching and Courses. The Store allows you to also purchase these one-off products and services that aren’t part of the membership.
What can I buy in the Store?
A selection of workbooks, skillbooks, courses, coaching and much more.
Coaching, is it right for me?
If you’ve been feeling stuck in your career, absolutely. Fresh perspective and a new approach will enhance and accelerate your job search, or that next promotion.
How many sessions will I need?
It’s different for everyone. It could be as simple as a single session. After realising the benefits of coaching and having a proper career strategy in place, the majority of clients return for multiple sessions. Whether it’s one session or many – we have options that will suit everyone.
What subjects can we cover?
A broad range and it’s entirely dependent on your circumstances. Some good examples are – career direction and strategy, defining core competencies, job-hunting, exploring personal branding, leveraging networks and relationships, as well as interview and assessment preparation.
Do you provide a guarantee with the service?
We can’t guarantee you’ll land a specific job or promotion, there’s no coaching service that legitimately can. Ultimately, you’ll get out what you put into the coaching. Putting what you’ve learned into action is a big part of what makes it successful.
What we can ensure is that the services provided are optimally designed to help you achieve your goals. These are tried and tested methods that have worked for countless others. Delivered by individuals with 20+ years experience in career development, and recruitment domain.
Refunds and cancelations?
For cancellations and a full refund, we ask for 48-hour advanced notice. We won’t refund cancelations with less than 48-hour notice provided.
Once any session has been completed, the fees are non refundable.
